Cute Glasses, but shoddy workmanship

The mugs are adorable. There's no arguing about that. At first, I really enjoyed them. However, they are very poorly made. I put one in the microwave to heat up some water and I heard the most horrible hissing noise. When I took a look, air was bubbling up from the inside of the glass. Apparently, they didn't do a very good job of sealing up the insides of the glass. I'm worried about using them in the microwave again for fear they'll explode. The finish inside the mugs cracks easily and, even though it doesn't leak, it does stain. The painting and designs on the outside are uneven and sloppy. The glasses are a very cheaply made product, overpriced. I wouldn't recommend them.
